Girl, Get Dressed offers a range of services to help women rise above the challenges of life's experiences by using the 7 pillars of strength and success, D.R.E.S.S.E.D.

Driven: Not only do we wish for those we serve to be determined, we desire for them to be Driven. Individuals can be determined and lack drive. To be Driven means you have passion and are relentless in your pursuit of a goal.

Resilient: We desire for those we serve to be resilient, meaning they will not give up, regardless of the negative circumstances they may have faced. Through the many tools we will provide, our clients will be able to recover and rise above the obstacles and setbacks.

Empathy: It is our goal to ensure those we serve exemplify empathy, which is the ability to understand and share the feelings of others. This is a vital pillar, as many of the women we serve will have experienced similar circumstances and showing empathy with one another with aid each other in the overall healing process.

Support: We will be a present resource of support for each individual by working with the “whole” person. This in turn will help to create stability and increase their chances of their future success.

Strength: We want to create a strength that will help individuals to not only become productive members of society but to take an active in their own communities and utilize the tools that have developed with us.

Excellence: We will train and coach those we serve on the value of operating in and with a spirit of excellence. They will know excellence is the standard as they seek to procure opportunities and growth both personally and professionally.

Dignity: We will help to create a sense of pride that will help to create a sense of dignity that they have never had or that needed to be restored
